高校就业服务学生满意度指数模型研究 被引量:4

摘要 学生作为高校就业服务的直接顾客,对高校就业服务应该拥有更多的发言权。顾客满意度理论和结构方程模型(StructureEquationModeling,以下简称SEM)为真正从学生需要角度对高校就业服务进行测评提供了强有力的理论和技术支持,顺应了在高等教育中实施全面质量管理的国际化发展趋势。
