摘要
目的揭示外来务工未婚女青年与性相关的行为状况及其生育健康需求，为今后开展此类人群性与生育健康教育和服务提供科学依据。方法从深圳市外来务工青年生育健康状况研究及干预项目中抽取981例外来务工未婚女青年的资料进行分析。结果对象年龄为（20．3±2．1）岁。发生性行为的比例为34．8％，首次性行为的平均年龄为（19．4±1．9）岁。平均拥有性伴侣数为（1．6±0．8）个。生育健康知识得分平均为（13．1±4．2）分（总分25分）。经多因素分析结果显示，性行为是否发生与年龄、工作环境、居住条件、打工时问、对婚前性行为的看法有关联（OR值分别为2．253、2．756、3．937、2．381、5．906）。对341例发生过性行为的对象分析显示，每次性行为都采取避孕措施者占29．3％，曾有妊娠史者占11．1％，做过人工流产者占9．3％，多数流动未婚女青年希望获得性与生育健康服务。结论外来务工未婚女青年发生性行为的比例较高，且面临意外妊娠和人工流产危险，因此，提高其生育健康保健知识水平及服务的可及性非常必要。
Objective To describe the situation of sex-related behaviors and needs for reproductive health among unmarried factory migrant young women in Shenzhen city, so as to provide the scientific evidence for future sexual and re- productive education and service. Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted among 981 unmarried factory migrant young women to collect information on sex and related factors. Results The average age was （20.3 ＋ 2. 1 ） years. 34. 8 % of the subjects had premarital sexual intercourse. The mean age of the first sexual intercourse was （ 19.4 _＋ 1.9） years with average sexual companions of （1.6 ＋ 0.8）. Reproductive health knowledge scores averaged（l 3.1 ＋ 4.2）. Lo- gistic regression analysis indicated that age, working environment, living condition, working age, and premarital sexual permissiveness were significantly associated with the increased risk of premarital sexual intercourse, with odds ratios of 2. 25, 2. 76, 3.94, 2.38, 5.91, respectively. Among the 341 women who had premarital sexual intercourse, 29.3 % used contraceptive methods every time, 11.1% had ever been pregnant, and 9.3 % had ever had an abortion. Most un- married factory migrant young women expected to have access to sexual and reproductive service. Conclusions Premari- tal sex is common among unmarried factory migrant young women in Shenzhen city, which makes them face the risk of unin- tended pregnancy and abortion. Provision of and accessibility to sex and reproductive service among unrnarried factory mi- grant young women are urgently needed.
