摘要
应用波特"钻石模型"理论对当前我国奶牛养殖企业所处的市场生态环境进行了分析,提出了建立具有市场竞争力的产业组织模式,以及协调产业链各节点主体利益的工作机制的对策与建议。
This article applies Potter＇s Diamond Model to analyse market ecology environment of cow raising enterprises, suggests to set up a competitive industrial organization model and a working mechanism to coordinate different main beneficiaries at different points of industrial chain.
