摘要
工业社会雇佣劳动的发展使个人的家庭角色与职业角色同时走进了公共领域,并形成了家庭角色依附于职业角色的社会现实。新加坡政府为了保持经济持续健康的发展,制定了一系列家庭政策,试图强调个人的家庭角色与其职业角色同等重要。但是其采用的通过直接刺激公民职业角色来间接影响公民对家庭角色的认知的政策措施,虽在一定程度上构建了人们对"好家庭"的价值判断,却并没有重新唤起人们对家庭角色的强烈欲求。面对新加坡公民对追求自我家庭角色意愿的逐渐减退,新加坡政府在摒弃西方福利国家制度的同时,应采取更积极的态度去探索为公民的家庭角色提供保障的政策模式。
In industrial society,the development of employment makes people's family roles as well as their occupational roles come into the public area,and the family role should always be attached to the occupational role.In order to maintain the sustained and healthy economic development,Singapore government has formulated a series of family policies and emphasized the equal importance of the individual's family roles and their professional roles.However,it is used to directly stimulate the citizens' occupational role to indirectly affect the citizens' awareness of their family roles.As a result,these family policies have shaped a value of 'good family' to some extent,but they failed to re-evoke people's strong desire of the family role.Facing with the gradually faded aspiration of seeking family roles,Singapore government should take a more positive attitude to explore an Eastern welfare system to provide protection for citizens' family roles at the same time to abandon the Western welfare system.
