慢性阻塞性肺疾病继发肺动脉高压患者血清中C反应蛋白和内皮素-1的表达及研究 被引量：11

摘要 目的探讨慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)患者血清中C反应蛋白和内皮素-1的表达水平与肺动脉收缩压之间的关系。方法经超声心动图测定肺动脉压,将120例慢性阻塞性肺病患者分成两组:合并肺动脉高压组(n=62)和无肺动脉高压组(n=58)。分别应用酶联免疫吸附法和高灵敏度浊度法检测两组患者血清中内皮素-1和C反应蛋白的表达水平,进行对照比较及相关分析。结果经检测肺动脉高压组C反应蛋白和内皮素-1水平明显高于无肺动脉高压组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),肺动脉高压组肺动脉收缩压与C反应蛋白和内皮素-1的表达水平均呈显著正相关(P<0.05)。结论 C反应蛋白和内皮素-1与COPD患者肺动脉压升高有关,早期检测这两项指标,可预测COPD继发肺动脉高压形成的进展。
