摘要
目的探讨腹腔镜下肝切除手术的护理配合。方法总结分析本院2010～2011年度择期行腹腔镜肝叶切除术的31例肝脏病变患者,内容包括:术前准备,手术物品准备,器械配合,手术安全管理等。结果 31例患者均手术顺利,无并发症发生,痊愈出院。结论护士熟悉腹腔镜的使用,熟练掌握手术配合步骤及术中护理技巧是手术成功的关键。
Objective To discuss the nursing cooperation of laparoscopic hepatectomy. Methods Thirty one cases of patients with liver disease who were treated with laparoscopic hepatectomy in our hospital from 2010 to 2011 were summa- rized and analyzed, and the contents of preoperotive preparation, surgical items preparation, equipment cooperation, surgi- cal safety management were included. Results The operations of 31 patients were all successful, and no complication oc- curred, all patients were cured and discharged from hospital. Conclusion Nurses familiar with laparoscopic application, skillful mastering surgical cooperation procedure and intraoperative nursing skills are the key to the success of the opera- tion.
