摘要
三维虚拟城市是现代城市信息化发展的产物,越来越多地应用在规划、管理及城市形象宣传中。如何快速、高效地构建三维虚拟城市是近年来研究的热点问题。研究以辽宁省葫芦岛市为例,探讨了基于三维建模、图像处理及数据库等技术建立三维虚拟城市的方法。该方法主要应用Sketchup、ArcGIS等软件,融合大量的影像数据、地形数据及注记数据,构建了葫芦岛市三维虚拟城市。
3D virtual city is the result of modern city information,is used in the urban planning,management and the image’s publicity.How to structural the 3D virtual city fleetly and efficiently has been the hot problem in recent years.Take Liaoning Huludao example,the paper analyzes the structural technology base on the 3D modeling,image processing and data library.This technology use the Sketchup and ArcGIS,and fuses lots of the image dates,geography dates and note dates,has structured the 3D virtual city of Huludao.
