摘要
在产业结构演进、技术不连续变化及经济模式转变的综合影响下,我国企业面临着转型危机,知识转移已成为企业重组核心竞争力、稳定和拓展其竞争优势进而实现企业转型、转变经济增长方式的突破口。从剖析企业转型内涵入手,通过纵向整合、横向整合、混合整合的方式对企业转型类别进行划分,进而探究出不同企业转型过程中知识转移的特性,分别设计出企业转型中知识转移所需技术路径,并设计企业转型的知识转移总流程图。
With the comprehensive influence of industrial structure evolution, discontinuous technology changes and eco- nomic mode transformation, the enterprises in China are facing transformation crisis, knowledge transfer has beeome the core competitive ability to stabilize and expand its competitive advantage, and further to realize the goal of enterprise transformation as well as to change the mode of economic growth. This paper dissects connotation of enterprise transformation, and puts forward a category division to the transformation of company by vertical, horizontal and mixed integration, then explores the knowledge transfer features in enterprise transformation, and at last finds out the knowledge transfer technology path in enterprise transformation.
