摘要
"校企合作、工学结合"已成为高等职业院校内涵建设和人才培养工作的重点,而教学团队建设是实施校企合作的基础和起点。只有努力加强教学团队建设,苦练内功,才能增强服务地方经济建设的能力和本领。指出了目前高职院校教学团队建设中存在的主要问题,在分析问题实质的基础上,提出了在校企合作背景下专业教学团队建设的方法和途径。
＂School-enterprise cooperation and working-learning combination＂ has become the focus of talent training in higher vocational colleges,and the teaching team construction is the foundation and start of the cooperation between colleges and enterprises.Only by strengthening the teaching team construction can the higher vocational colleges enhance their ability to serve the local economy.Problems and methods are discussed in the paper about the specialty teaching team building in the context of school-enterprise cooperation.
