摘要
目的：探讨T型钢板内固定治疗肱骨外科颈骨折的治疗效果。方法：选取2007年4月~2010年9月于我院进行治疗的124例肱骨外科颈骨折患者为研究对象,将其随机分为A组（T型钢板内固定组）62例和B组（外固定架治疗组）62例,后将两组患者术后1年随访肩关节的功能恢复情况以及患者满意度进行统计及比较。结果：A组患者术后1年随访肩关节的功能恢复情况以及患者满意度明显优于B组,P〈0.05差异有统计学意义。结论：T型钢板内固定治疗肱骨外科颈骨折的临床效果好,尤其是粉碎的松质骨骨折效果更佳。
Objective：To compare the differences between external fixator and Tshaped plate in the treatment of fractures of surgical neck of humerus.Methods： From April 2007 to September 2010,124 patients with fractures of surgical neck of humerus were randomly divided into group A（n=62） and B（n=62）.In group A,the fracture was fixed with a T-shaped plate.In group B, the fracture was fixed by external fixator.At final follow-up of 12 months,the shoulder function and patient＇s satisfaction were analyzed.Results：The shoulder function and patient＇s satisfaction of group A were apparently superior to those of group B.There was a significant difference between the two groups（P0.05）.Conclusion：In the treatment of the fractures of surgical neck of humerus,the T-shaped plate can provide rigid fixation and result in good outcomes,especially for those comminute fractures.
