摘要
2010年国际贸易术语解释通则(INCOTERMS 2010)是国际商会对于国际贸易术语解释通则(INCOTERMS)的又一次重要修订。但本次修订存在一些不明确之处和值得商榷的问题。本文通过对《2010年国际贸易术语解释通则》中部分修订内容的分析,结合我国对外贸易实践,阐述了《2010年国际贸易术语解释通则》在修订中的一些令人质疑之处,其目的是探讨国际贸易术语解释通则尚存的修订空间,为外经贸教学和研究提供参考,同时为我国外贸企业提示在实际操作中的注意事项和潜在风险。
INCOTERMS 2010 is another important revision towards INCOTERMS launched by Internation- al Chamber of Commerce. However, there are some aspects which need to be clarified in the revision.The article analyzes the main amendments of INCOTERMS 2010 and figures out some challenge questions in the revision combined with China＇ s trade practice. The article aims to discuss the remaining amend- ment space existing in INCOTERMS 2010 and helps China＇ s trading enterprises to avoid the potential risks in the application of the new international trading rules, and protect their financial interest.
