摘要
目的:通过分析中医药成人教育教材建设、管理与使用中存在的问题,为促进教材建设和教材管理提供依据。方法:在调研的基础上,对教材建设、管理与使用的现状进行分析。结果:教材建设、应用与管理等方面工作滞后,不适应中医药人才培养需要。结论:加快教材建设,提高教材管理质量,是保证新时期中医药人才培养的重要环节。
Objective ： Through the analysis of the teaching material construction, management and application issues, to pro- vide the basis for promoting the teaching material construction and management quality. Methods：Analyze the construction, man- agement and application of teaching materials through survey. Results ： The teaching material construction, application and man- agement work lags behind and cannot meet the needs of cultivating the TCM talents. Conclusion：Accelerating teaching materials construction and promoting the management quality of teaching materials, are the key links of ensuring the cultivation of TCM talents in the new era.
