炼油厂氢气网络优化的工程设计应用 被引量:10

Engineering Design Application of Refinery Hydrogen Network Optimization

摘要 对某炼油厂进行了氢气网络优化研究,不仅从优化技术角度突破了氢夹点理论对于加氢装置氢/油体积比和氢分压固定的严格限制,而且提出的一套优化方案所需的氢气总供应量比设计方案减少14542m3/h,总操作费用比设计方案降低6620万元/a。这是国内首次将氢夹点技术推广应用到炼油厂工程设计中,为氢气网络优化的工程化应用奠定了基础。 Refinery hydrogen network optimization was researched.Not only the strict limit in hydrogen pinch from fixed volume ratio of hydrogen and oil and hydrogen partial pressure were broken,but also total supply of hydrogen and operating cost would be decreased by 14542 m^3/h and 66.2 million RMBYuan/a in an optimization program,respectively.This was the first of applying the hydrogen pinch theory into refinery engineering design in domestic,which would lay the foundation for engineering applications.
