摘要
论述了总监理工程师作为项目监理机构的核心和支柱,必须具备良好的职业道德、高超的协调能力、一定的领导能力、较强的业务素质、良好的身体素质;并从职业道德修养、道德风险管理制度、严格履行合同、总结经验教训等方面出发,讨论了如何预防自身和监理人员职业道德风险,顺利地实现工程既定监理目标。
As the central pillar of supervision organization, the chief supervision engineer must have good work ethic, superb coordinative capacity, certain leadership skills, strong professional quality, good physical fitness. From professional ethics, moral risk management system and strictly perform the contract, sum up experiences and lessons learned to consider how to prevent the professional ethics risk of their own and supervision, to realize the established goals of the project successfully.
