摘要
为了实现籽棉残膜分离过程中,减少棉花带出的损失。该文通过计算和试验方法分别得到了籽棉和破碎的地膜(简称残膜)悬浮速度2.6、0.8 m/s。运用Fluent数值模拟方法,分离室入口处风速分别设定为3.5、4.0、4.5、5.0 m/s时,对关键分离区域的速度分布进行了数值仿真。结果表明:入口速度为4.0 m/s时,分布在0.8~2.6 m/s范围内速度值所占的比例分别为85%~86%,籽棉最不容易被带出。然后利用试验方法对仿真结果进行了验证,结果表明:模拟值与实测值差异较小。该研究为籽棉残膜分离机的优化设计提供了参考。
In order to reduce the loss of cotton in the separation process,the suspending velocity 2.6 and 0.8 m/s of the two kinds of materials were obtained through calculating and experiment.The velocity distribution in the key region was analysed using the Fluent software,as the inlet wind velocity set at 3.5,4.0,4.5,5.0 m/s,respectively.The result indicated that under the condition of 4.0 m/s inlet wind velocity,the velocity content was 85%-86% during 0.8-2.6 m/s,which was the most according with the demand.The result indicated that both the experimental results and the simulative results were very similar.This study provides reference for further focusing on optimizing and designing the separator.
