摘要
通过对公路特许经营权的阐述,提出了确定经营权价值的方法——收益现值法。首先分析了运用收益现值法的依据,随之着重研究了收益现值法中影响因素的确定,最后对公路经营权转让收入的使用流向进行了阐述。
Based on the road franchise exposition proposed to determine the franchise value approach - income approach, an analysis of the use of proceeds based on the present value method, followed focused on the present value of earnings factors affecting law to determine the final transfer of the right to operate on the highway use of the income flows are described.
