摘要
某小区食品加工厂废水(400 m3/d)成分复杂,所含油污、有机物、磷、氨氮、悬浮物均比一般生活污水高,采用好氧/厌氧/MBR膜过滤工艺处理后,出水水质达到《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GB18918—2002)一级A标准。工程投资155.91万元,运行费用0.70元/m3,工程实现一次验收达标。
Wastewater(400 m3/d) components of a food processing plant include more greasy dirt,organic matter,phosphorus,ammonia and suspended solids than general domestic sewage.After treating with aerobic,anaerobic and MBR membrane filtration process,the effluent quality achieve an A standard of Municipal Waster Water Treatment Plant Emission Standards.The project was invested RMB 1.5591 million and its operating cost 0.70yuan/m3.The project achieved acceptance and met the standards needed.
