摘要
通过对 6种昆虫分离的 7种微孢子虫对斜纹夜蛾致病能力比较研究 ,从中筛选出一株对斜纹夜蛾具强病原性的微孢子虫种株 -微孢 1号。用该微孢子虫 10倍系列稀释浓度孢子液分别接种不同龄期斜纹夜蛾幼虫 ,感染发病率均达 10 0 %。高浓度接种区的虫体在幼虫期全部死亡 ;低浓度接种区的大多数虫体在蛹期死亡 ,少数可羽化 ,但产下的卵量少 ,孵化不良 ,下代胚种传染率极高。感病虫体食下量比健康虫体明显减少。
A highly pathogenicity microsporidium (Weibao No.1) had been selected from 7 microsporidia isolated from 6 insects through pathogenicity comparison to Prodenia Litura F.. Different instars of Prodenia Litura F.larvae were fed to tenfold series dilute solution of Weibao No.1 .100% of the larvae had been infected . All larvae of high dosage groups died at larvae stage, major larvae of low dosage groups died at pupae stage. A few of them emerged and droped a few eggs, and the egg hatched badly. The transvorum transmission rate reached 100%.The amount of consumed reduced apparently than that of healthy larvae.
