摘要
伴随着全球经济一体化,港口在区域经济和地方经济发展中将起着更加重要的作用。通过对国内外港口工程项目管理模式的深入研究,总结归纳我国港口工程现有的项目管理模式。从业主方投资管理的角度,将我国现有的港口工程项目管理模式分为三类,并对各种模式进行深入分析,提出我国港口工程项目管理模式的选择建议,以期为提高我国港口工程项目管理水平提供借鉴。
With the global economic integration,the port will play a more important role in development of regional economy and local economy.Based on the study of ports project management modes at home and abroad,the paper summarizes the existing ports engineering project management modes in China.From the viewpoint of owner investment and project management,it divides them into three categories,and analyzes each category.Then it puts forward options of ports engineering project management modes in order to improve the project management of ports for reference.
