摘要
在梳理区域产业创新理论及其发展脉络的基础上,对全球化与新技术——经济范式下的区域产业创新路径及发展趋势进行剖析,包括开放型区域创新网络构建,以及创新集群的培育与发展,并进一步提出促进区域创新发展的三种机制及措施:自主与合作相结合的开放式创新机制、深度融入全球价值链的产业优化升级机制,以及资源环境的硬约束与生态补偿的长效创新机制。
Based on the study of regional industrial innovation theories, the paper analyzes the path and development trends of regional industrial innovation under the view of globalization and new technology - economy paradigm, which includes of the open regional innovation network construction and innovative clusters＇ cultivation. It further presents three promoting mechanisms and measures： open innovation mechanism combined by independent and cooperation innovation; industrial upgrading mechanism integrated into the global value chain in depth; long - term innovation mechanism combined with the hard constraints of resources and ecological compensation.
