摘要
当前在大学生全体中,集体主义观念逐渐淡化已经成为一个严重的问题,加强大学生集体主义教育,对于新时期构建大学生素质有着重要的现实意义。培养大学生集体主义的关键是从创建一个具有凝聚力的优秀班集体入手,通过培养凝聚集体团结精神,培养优秀的班级骨干,构建属于大学生的集体竞争平台对大学生展开集体主义观念教育。
Collectivism concept among college students is bec- oming increasingly blurred,so it is of great practical significance for the construction of college students＇ comprehensive quality in the new period to enhance the collectivism education.The key link to cultivate college students＇ collectivism education is to breakthrough from the construction of a cohesive and excellent class, which will be of great help to cultivate elite class leaders and construct a build a platform belonging to college students＇ collectivism education.
