摘要
纯合自交系的CMS基因类型有N(msms)、N(MsMs)、S(MsMs)3种;N(Msms)、S(Msms)2种基因型后代会出现分离,根据不同CMS基因型的特点,从理论和实际上探讨了不同的基因型最快速有效的转育技术,并成功利用此技术转育了10对不育系及其相应的保持系。
There are three genotypes of CMS which are N（msms）、N（MsMs）and S（MsMs）in homozygous inbred lines.We concluded efficient transformation techniques of male-sterile lines according to the different characters of CMS genotypes,and transformed 10 pair of sterile lines and maintainer lines successfully.
