摘要
中跨合龙段施工是连续梁桥施工的关键技术,是实现桥梁从悬臂梁转换为连续梁关键工序,结合京石铁路客运专线滹沱河特大桥跨京广铁路连续箱梁转体桥中跨合龙段施工,对繁忙电气化既有线上方有限空间下中跨合龙段施工技术进行研究,提出滹沱河特大桥跨京广铁路连续梁转体桥中跨合龙施工总体方案,设计了可空中"肢解"底模的特制挂篮,成功的破解梁体与铁路上方接触网硬横梁之间距离有限情况下挂篮的拆除难题。重点介绍中跨合龙段施工中挂篮的设计与加工、挂篮的安装就位、劲性骨架的临时锁定和挂篮的拆除施工等关键技术,同时对合龙施工中的注意事项进行阐述。
Closure in the span is the key technology for continuous beam bridge and the key process transforming from cantilever beam to continuous beam. General plan for the closure section construction of the rotating-erected continuous super-long bridge on Hutuo river over-passing Beijing-Guangzhou railway was formulated considering the limited space above the busy existing electrified railway. A specially designed hanging basket with dismountable bottom mould solved the problem of dismounting the hanging basket within the limited space between the beam body and the rigid eatenary. The paper introduces the design and manufacture of the basket, installation of the basket, temporary anchoring of rigid reinforcement and dismounting technique tbr the basket, with notices in the closure construction put forward.
