摘要
介绍了我国高速动车组车载故障诊断系统的结构和诊断任务,阐述了车载诊断各个组成部分的功能;说明了根据故障等级分类,不同的信息选择不同的传输方式;分析了显示屏信息传输,故障信息记录和存储方式,以及无线传输这3种传输方式的优缺点,利用这3种方式的有机结合可以达到故障诊断信息实时,可靠,完全的传输.
The structure and task of on-board diagnosis system of Chinese high-speed EMU are firstly introduced, and the function of components which belong to the on-board diagnosis system is presented, then the information which to be classified by the fault level should be transmitted by a corresponding method is illustrated. Finally,three different transmission methods, which are display screen transmission, record and storing way of the fault information and wireless transmission,are analyzed by their advantages and disadvantages, and the advantage of the combination of these three ways is taken to achieve the real-time, reliable and entire transmission of the diagnosis information.
