CuO掺杂对0.99Bi_(0.47)Na_(0.47)Ba_(0.06)TiO_3-0.01KNbO_3(BNBT-1%KN)压电陶瓷电学性能的影响 被引量:1

Effect of CuO Doping on the Electrical Properties of 0.99Bi_(0.47)Na_(0.47)Ba_(0.06)TiO_3-0.01KNbO_3 Piezoelectric Ceramics

摘要 采用固相反应法制备了0.99Bi0.47Na0.47Ba0.06TiO3-0.01KNbO3+x mol%CuO(x=0,0.25,0.5,1,2)(BNBT-1%KN+x mol%CuO)无铅压电陶瓷。使用XRD、Agilent4294A精密阻抗分析仪等对该体系的结构、电学性能进行表征。结果显示所制备的压电陶瓷具有纯的钙钛矿结构;CuO掺杂能够对材料的电学性能有很大影响,少量掺杂能使铁电材料"硬化"。在x=0.5时,陶瓷样品的电性能达到:d33=170 pC/N,kp=24%,Qm=157,tanδ=2.1%,ε33=874;此外还发现少量的CuO还能提高BNBT-1%KN的退极化温度,在x=0.5时陶瓷具有最高的温度稳定性,退极化温度Td达到99℃。 The 0.99Bi0.47Na0.47Ba0.06TiO3-0.01KNbO3+x mol% CuO(x=0,0.25,0.5,1,2)(BNBT-1%KN+x mol% CuO) lead-free piezoelectric ceramics were fabricated by solid state reaction.The structure and electrical properties of the samples were analyzed by XED and impendance analyzer(Agilent 4294A).The XRD result shows that all samples possess pure perovskite structure.CuO-doping have great influences on the electrical properties of the ceramics greatly.BNBT-1%KN ceramics become "hard".When x=0.5,the ceramics exhibit electrical properties: d33=170 pC/N;kp=24%;Qm=157;tanδ=2.1%;ε33=874.Addition of proper amount of CuO can enhance the depolarization temperatures of BNBT-1%KN.The ceramic has the highest temperature stability at x=0.5,and the depolarization temperature Td achieves 99 ℃.
