摘要
自动烹饪机器人是指用机械代替人工进行自动烹饪的智能装置。对于传统手工烹饪而言,它是现代烹饪技术方式重要的革新力量,必将对中式快餐的发展带来重大影响。在中式快餐标准化程度低、品牌影响力薄弱、管理服务低效的背景下,基于自动烹饪机器人平台来构建中式快餐的发展模式,需要建立精确配菜供应体系、产品服务体系,以及高效规范的管理服务体系。
Automatic cooking robot refers to an intelligent device which replaces human manual work, which marks a great innovation in the means of cooking technology and brings big impact on the development of Chinese fast food. Since Chinese fast food is weak in brand influence, low in standardization and management and service efficiency, the construction of Chinese fast food development mode by the aid of automatic cooking robot platform can be realized with the establishment of accurate dish supply system, production service system and efficient service management system.
