皮肤的保湿机制研究进展 被引量：17

摘要 水对正常皮肤尤其是角质层的功能是非常重要的,其关键功能是参加正常脱屑所需的许多水解过程。当角质层水含量降到临界水平以下,正常脱屑所需酶的功能将受损,使得角化细胞粘附堆积在皮肤表面,导致了皮肤干燥、粗糙、脱屑,皮肤屏障功能受损。皮肤的保湿功能主要依赖于两个因素:一是角化细胞中天然保湿因子(NMF)的存在;二是角质细胞脂质双层膜整齐排列形成的经表皮水份丢失(TEWL)屏障。对皮肤保湿作用的复杂机制的研究先后发现了甘油、透明质酸及表皮中水运输蛋白通道3的存在。
