燃煤电厂电袋复合除尘器试验研究 被引量:4

摘要 在烟气处理量为50 000 m3/h的电袋复合除尘试验台上研究了静电场、过滤风速、粉尘浓度等因素对电袋复合除尘器运行特性的影响。结果表明:静电场可以除去烟气中的大部分粉尘,大大降低袋式除尘单元负荷,延长清灰周期,使布袋使用寿命得到延长;过滤风速和粉尘浓度主要影响电袋除尘器的运行阻力,对除尘效率基本没有影响。 On the test stand of a combined dust collector being composeo of electrostatic precipitator and bag type filter,and having a flue gas disposal capacity of 50 000 m3/h,the influence of factors,such as static electric field, air velocity for filtering, and dust concentration etc. , upon the perfomance in opera- tion of said combined dust collector has been studied. Results show that the static electric field can re- move a large part of dust, greatly reducing the load of bag type filter,lengthening the period of dust cleaning,making the service- life of bag type filter to be lengthened; the air velocity for filtering and the dust cocentration are mainly affecting the resistance in operation of the said combined dust collec- tor,basically having no influence upon the dust removal efficiency.
