摘要
近年来突发事件日益频繁,给社会造成严重危害,建立健全突发事件应急管理机制成为学界和公众关注的焦点话题。文章采用了事实分析与规范分析相结合的方法,阐释了建立健全涉及统一战线突发事件应急管理机制的价值及可行性,并构建了具体的应急管理机制。为应对突发事件开启了新思路。
n recent yearst,he ever-increasing incidents have caused serious harm to society.Therefore,establishing a sound mechanism for emergency management of the united front became a focus both in the academic field and for the public.Factual and normative analyses were integrated to elaborate on the value and feasibility of establishing such a mechanism.Thereafter,a specific emergency management mechanism was built,which offers fresh thoughts for coping with emergencies.
