摘要
针对我国大中城市污水处理厂污泥处理处置项目选址问题,在传统选址决策基础上,以处理处置成本最小为目标建立数学模型,进行了目标函数的求解分析.以西安市污水处理厂污泥处理处置项目选址为实例,采用污泥生产烧结砖的处理处置方案,运用遗传算法进行了选址优化,在传统决策初步确定15个备选厂址基础上,得到了建设1~5个污泥处理处置工程项目的优化方案,包括相应的选址、生产规模、运输费用、运输路径等,通过讨论与分析,提出了建设3个污泥处理处置工程项目的建议,为选址决策提供了科学依据.
Aiming at solving the problems of site selection for sewage sludge treatment and disposal projects in bigger cities,this paper established a mathematical model which is in accordance with the principle of minimum cost for project and analyzed the solution of objective function.By taking the example of site selection process of Xi'an sewage sludge treatment and disposal projects which have adopted the technology of sintering brick-making by using sewage sludge,it simplifies and optimizes the alternative plans of site selection process through the theory of genetic algorithm.On the basis of traditional methods of decision-making,it selects 1-5 sites of sewage sludge treatment and disposal projects out of the 15 alternative sites which include the site selection,corresponding scale of production,transportation fees and path etc.Finally,the paper suggests setting up 3 sewage sludge treatment and disposal projects which can provide scientific basis for the site selection.
