摘要
加强实验室研究生科研管理,对于提高科研效益和研究生良好科研作风的培养非常重要。结合我国高校实验室研究生科研管理中存在的普遍问题,提出了如何加强高校实验室研究生科研管理的方法和建议。对于促进高校实验室加强研究生科研管理,提高科研效益,促进研究生培养体系建设及研究生管理改革具有重要的参考价值。
University science lab is the cradle of postgraduates training and development.Enhancing the management of graduate students in science lab is very important to improving the research efficiency and cultivation of good research style of graduate students.Based on the analysis of the problems existing in management of graduate students in science labs in China,the management methods and recommendations were proposed.Thus to provide the reference on enhancing the management of graduate student,improving research efficiency,advancing the construction of graduate education system and graduate management reform.
