摘要
目的观察三消饮子联合来氟米特治疗类风湿关节炎的临床疗效。方法将70例类风湿关节炎患者随机分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组给予来氟米特20 mg,每日1次,同时予三消饮子,每日1剂。对照组予来氟米特20 mg,每日1次,两组疗程各6个月。结果两组患者的晨僵、肿胀关节数、压痛关节数、握力、ESR,CRP,RF等各项指标均明显改善,与治疗前相比,两组均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论三消饮子联合来氟米特治疗类风湿关节炎效果优于单独应用来氟米特。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy on Rheumatoid arthritis（RA） treated with sanxiao yinzi combined with Leflunomide（LEF）. Methods 71 cases of Rheumatoid arthritis were randomly divided into sanxiao yinzi decoction combined LEF group（treatment group）and LEF group（control group）.In treatment group,sanxiao yinzi decoction, 1 dose per day and LEF 20mg/d were taken orally.ln control group,LEF 20 mg/d was taken orally. Results The improvements of stiffness,swollen of arthritis,ESR in treatment group were obvious compared with control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Sanxiao yinzi decoction combined with LEF is safe and effective on RA,this combination can decrease side effects.
