摘要
本文通过分析和总结国外培育和壮大高新技术产业的主要途径和成功经验,试图找出不同国家和地区发展高新技术产业的共同经验,希冀对江苏省乃至我国高新技术产业发展起到借鉴作用,以推动江苏省乃至我国高新技术产业的发展。
Based on the analysis of Ways and measurem ent to enhance new high-tech industries that have been widely applied abroad,this paper tries to sum up some common experiences,which we may learn from and then push forward the development of new high-tech industries of ourselves.
