摘要
社会管理是一个颇有中国特色的概念。中国社会管理体制的创新对于和谐社会建设的意义是显而易见的,因为,社会管理的根本目标是建立一个开放、自由、民主、公平、平等、和谐的社会,而创新社会管理体制,是维护社会和谐稳定的源头性、根本性、基础性工作。本文属于一个框架性的研究,主要对中国社会管理体制的历程、社会管理体制创新的理念与目标、方向与路径、创新的基础与重点等基础性问题作一个的探索性的分析,以期成为总结与研究各地创新经验的分析框架。
Social management is a concept with Chinese characteristics.The innovation of social management system is obviously significant to the construction of harmonious society in China.To build an open,free,democratic,equal,and harmonious society is a key target of social management,while the innovation of social management system is the fundamental work to maintain social harmony and stability.This article mainly analyses the process of social management system in China,explores the new ideas,goals,direction,and path of social management system innovation,and then in expectation of being an analytic framework to sum up and study local innovative experiences.
