摘要
目的:建立了河蟹中苯丙酸诺龙、诺龙的液相色谱-串联质谱残留检测方法。方法:样品在酸性介质下酶解过夜,用混合溶液提取,浓缩后用2 ml流动相溶解,冷冻去脂,下层溶液过有机相膜后经液相色谱-串联质谱检测。结果:苯丙酸诺龙、诺龙在0.005μg/ml^0.25μg/ml范围内线性关系良好,在三个浓度添加水平下,两者的回收率分别为87.1%~95.2%、85.7%~95.7%,相对标准偏差(RSD)分别为3.8%~5.7%,7.7%~12.2%,最低检测限为5.0μg/kg。结论:本方法灵敏度高,简便易操作,适合于河蟹中蛋白同化激素的检测。
Objective:A method was established for determination nandrolone phenylpropionate and nandrolone residues in river crab.Methods:Samples were overnighted in acid hydrolysis under and extracted with mixed solution after enzymatic hydrolysis,concentrated and dissolved with 2 ml mobile phase,frozen lipid filtration,the eluant was determined by liquid chromatography-tamden mass spectrometry.Results:There was a good linear correlation between the peak area ratio and the concentration in the range of 0.005 μg/ml~0.25 μg/ml.The recoreries of standard addition levels were 87.1%~95.2% and 85.7%~95.7%.The relative standard deviations were all below 12.2%.The limits of detection were 5.0 μg/kg.Conclusion:The method is sensitive,simple and easy to operate,suitable for crab in the detection of protein anabolic steroids.
