摘要
用解析法描述了转子的非球形。介绍了静电陀螺仪空心球转子的结构,并利用有限元分析软件根据工作环境的不同对转子进行了静态变形、动态变形和综合变形的仿真分析,得出了球转子的变形规律及变形量。对转子的结构参数进行了优化,得出了球形转子加工所需的压力值。
We present an electrostatically suspended gyroscope′s hollow spherical rotor′s structure and carry out the simulation analysis of its static deformation,dynamic deformation and synthetic deformation of the rotor under different working conditions using the finite element software,thus obtain its deformation law and volume.The structural parameters of the rotor are optimized.We obtained the value of pressure required when the rotor was machined.The analysis is helpful for the design of a hollow spherical rotor of an electrostatically suspended gyroscope.
