摘要
作为旅游业龙头的旅行社,在旅游业的发展中起着重要的作用。本文就中外旅行社的发展模式、分工体系、集团化、制度、信息化等方面进行了比较,通过比较得出了外国旅行社优秀经验对我国旅行社的借鉴意义。
