进展期直肠癌术前放疗剂量的研究

摘要 1论文简介 选取307例30Gy／10f术前放疗后可切除局部进展期直肠癌进行规范的病理学评估，分析肿瘤消退和放疗后TNM分期（ypTNM）对预后的意义。在处理放疗后直肠标本时应用常规固定和脂肪清除法固定，评价两种方法在淋巴结检出数量上的差异。
