摘要
介绍了给水泵汽轮机工作原理,分析了给水泵汽轮机传统阀控式调速方式的优缺点,阐述了直驱式电液伺服系统的原理、组成和特点,并对直驱式电液伺服系统进行了结构设计、理论分析和试验研究。试验研究表明,用直驱式容积控制电液伺服系统控制油动机,其性能指标能够达到给水泵汽轮机调速系统的指标要求,并具有可靠性高、节能高效、操作与控制简单、小型集成化等诸多优点,对发电行业的发展具有重要的意义。
According to the working principle of feed water pump turbine, this paper analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of traditional valve control forms in feed water pump turbine. Through comparison with direct drive volume control electro-hydraulic servo system, the paper expounds the principles, composition, the advantages and disadvantages of direct drive volume control electro-hydraulic servo system. Also making a design, theoretical analysis and experimental studies about direct drive volume control electro-hydraulic servo system. Experimental studies have shown that using direct drive volume control electro-hydraulic servo system controlling the oil cylinder,its performance can be achieved to the target of the speed control system in feed water pump turbine, and it has high reliability, energy efficiency, operation and control simply, small-scale integrated and many other advantages. Researching on the development of direct drive volume control electro-hydraulic servo system has an important significance to our power industry.
