摘要
目的对SQA-V全自动精子质量分析仪的性能进行评估。方法对80例精液标本采用SQA-V全自动精子质量分析仪进行检测,同时与传统手工法进行对照。结果在检测精子密度,精子活率和(A+B)级精子活力百分率的结果上,SQA-V全自动精子质量分析仪与手工法的结果无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论 SQA-V全自动精子质量分析仪与传统的手工法比较,在各主要参数上具有较好的一致性,可替代作为常规手工精液检查方法。
Objective：To evaluate the performance of SQA-V full automatic sperm quality analyzer.Methods：Analysis the results of 80 semen samples with SQA-Vautomatic sperm quality analyzer,compared with the traditional manual method.Results： There is no significant difference between the two methods on results of sperm density,sperm motility rate and（A ＋ B） level of sperm motility（P 0.05）.Conclusion： There is satisfied agreement on key parameters of result between SQA-V full automatic sperm quality analyzer and computer-aided semen analysis system Specimen.The SQA-V automatic sperm quality analyzer can replace manual semen as a routine screening method.
