摘要
明确高校体育课程改革的目的,从课程改革视野下研究高校体育教师教学能力的发展。提出作为一名高校体育教师应该具有能适应课程改革要求的教学能力,如驾驭教材的能力,组织教学的能力,跨学科学习的能力,处理信息能力,教育教学研究能力等,体育教师只有具备了这些能力,才能保证课程改革和高校体育教育事业的顺利发展。
The paper explicits purpose of PE curriculum reform, and discuss how to develop teaching ability of PE teachers from angle of curriculum reform. It proposed that as a PE teacher should have to meet the requirements of curriculum reform. They need own those teaching abili- ties, such as the ability to control materials, organization of teaching ability, interdisciplinary learning ability, ability to process information, education, teaching and research capacity.
