摘要
在建立C-D形式的林业经济增长模型的基础上,评估了林业投入要素和产值之间的关系,探索了林业投资结构、经济环境和产业政策对林业经济增长的影响。结果表明,林业经济增长与我国经济环境和林业产业政策有密切联系,资本和劳动力投入在林业经济增长过程中发挥了重要作用,我国林业产业的科技水平比较落后,林业正外部性明显。
Based on establishing C-D function forms of forest growth model,the relationship between forestry input and its output was assessed,and the effect of forestry investment structure,economic environment and forestry industrial policies on the forestry economic growth was explored.The results showed that forestry economic growth is closely linked with Chinese economic environmental and forestry industry policies;capital and labor play an important role in forestry economic growth;the forestry with a significantly positive externality is still at a relatively backward technological level.
