A microwave technique for digiestion of plant samples was pretented.Better digestion condition was obtained by orthogonal test.Zn、Fe、Mn elements were made to the addition and recoveries test.The method gave recoveries of 97.0%,94.3%,90.6%,variation coefficient of 1.2%,4.1%,3.4%,Compared with the national standards,this method is safety,simple and quick.
