摘要
用Aspen Plus模拟氯硅烷体系分离过程,考察加压普通精馏和加压多效精馏流程。在相同的设计基础和要求下,主要从节能效果方面比较两种流程。结果说明,多效精馏流程节能效果明显。
Simulate the separation process of chlorosilane system by using ASPEN-PLUS. Investigate the conventional pressurized distillation and the pressurized multi-effect distillation. Under the same design basis and requirements,compare the two distillation processes mainly from the energy-saving effect. The results show that the multi-effect distillation process has the evident power saving effects.
