摘要
放射性核素碘131治疗甲状腺疾病时易造成对病房及周围环境空气的污染,在诊断和治疗过程中对医护人员造成辐射和损伤。为了尽量减少医护人员的损害,根据放射性核素碘131特点以及进入机体的途径和对机体损伤的表现,综述了有关放射性核素碘131生产厂家的责任、治疗场所的配置防护、时间以及距离的防护等防护措施;并要求医护人员不断提高自身防护意识。在使患者达到最佳治疗效果的同时,使医护人员受照射剂量最小化。
Radionuelide iodine 131 in the treatment of thyroid disease could easily lead to the wards and the surrounding ambient air pollution, caused in the process of diagnosis and treatment of radiation and damage to the medical staff. In order to minimize health care personnal exposure,we based the characteristics of iodine 131 ,and into the body's way and the performance of the body injury. Overview of the iodine 131 manufacturer of protective measures,the treatment site configuration protection,time and distance protection,and protective measures. And requested medical personnal and continuously improve their protection awareness. Patients to achieve the best therapeutic effect while minimizing radiation dose to medical staff is our goal.
