摘要
目的探讨目标性监测在抗菌药物使用管理中的应用效果。方法采用回顾性调查方法,制定目标、定期信息反馈干预、效果评价、纠正偏差。结果抗菌药物使用率从74.3%下降至67.5%,呈下降趋势;部分科室的管理卓有成效。结论目标性监测是确见成效的监测,信息反馈、效果评价必不可少,在抗菌药物使用管理中应用目标性监测已初见成效。
OBJECTIVE To explore the effects of the application of targeted surveillance in management of antimicrobials.METHODS In order to reach the goals,retrospective investigation,information feedback every week and mouth,evaluation of effects and correction of deviation were regularly conducted.RESULTS The rates of use of antibiotics were reduced from74.3% to 67.2%.CONCLUSIONS Targeted surveillance is a really effective form of surveillance,but information feedback and evaluation of effects are indispensable.Application of targeted surveillance in management of antimicrobials has won initial success.
