摘要
针对糖厂供水系统普遍存在的大滞后、非线性和惯性的特点,将具有在线自学习、自组织能力的PID神经元网络控制器取代了以往的PID控制,PID神经元网络改善了传统神经网络学习时间长、收敛速度慢的弱点,解决了传统的PID控制未知复杂系统的不足,仿真结果表明本系统恒压性能和动态特性都有了明显的提高,控制效果比较理想。
Aiming at the characteristics existed in sugar-refinery water supply system of big delay,nonlinearization and inertia,aneural network PID controller which has online self-learning and self-organizing capacity is used to replace the previous conventional PID controller.The PID neural network improves the traditional neural network which has the weakness of long learning time and slow convergence.Also it solves the deficiencies of unknown PID control of the traditional complex systems.Software simulation results show that the constant pressure and the dynamic characteristics of the system have been significantly improved.
