摘要
市第四中学启明楼是上海徐家汇地区的一栋近代教学楼,属于登记不可移动文物。本文详细论述了在该楼的维修加固过程中,如何从文物保护的要求出发,对外立面和内部空间进行保护和修复,同时,针对继续使用的需求,对内部结构进行改造加固,将原砖木结构替换为钢筋混凝土框架结构,是近代教育建筑保护与再利用上的典型性案例。
The Qiming building is a modern educational building in Shanghai No.4 secondary school,which is one of immovable cultural relics in Xujiahui area. This paper gives a detailed account of preservation and restoration of the appearance and interior in accordance with the requirements of heritage preservation. It also discusses the restructuring and reinforcement for the continued use,which is replaced the original brick-wood structure by reinforced concrete frame structure. This project is a typical case of preservation and reuse of modern educational building.
