摘要
基于高职院校的特点,选择恰当的教师评价主体,制定合理的评价指标,选择有效的评价时机并恰当运用评价结果,确保高职院校教师评价的有效性。
Based on the characteristics of higher vocational colleges,the paper selects the appropriate evaluation of the main body of teachers,formulates a reasonable evaluation index,selects a valid timing of evaluation and the proper use of evaluation results,to ensure the effectiveness of Teacher Evaluation in Higher Vocational Colleges.
