摘要
职业技术教育学研究生创新能力培养是一个复杂的系统工程,它需要借助研究生参与导师课题研究这个平台,在协同理论的指导下进行。基于协同理论,本文认为研究生创新能力培养是由课题引导、导师指导和学生研究三个子系统共同构成.通过真情实景的研究训练.三者协同作用才能达到培养职业技术教育学研究生创新能力的目的。
The cultivation of postgraduates" innovative ability in Vocational and Technical Education is a complex and systematic project, which needs to be put into practice on the platform of postgraduates' participation in their tutors" subject research and under the principle of synergetie theory. Synergetic theory thinks that all the research objects are systems composing of subsystems. The cultivation of postgraduates" innovative ability is composed of three subsystems, that is, the introduction of subject, the instruction of the tutor and the research of the students. Through the students" training practice, these three subsystems play to the full to reach the goal of cultivating the innovative ability of postgraduates.
